We will have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony, so we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photographs during this very special moment.

There will not be a significant amount of walking throughout the day; however, as it is autumn and the weather may be cool or rainy, we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes.

While the day has been carefully planned to flow smoothly, there will be a period of leisure between the cake cutting at 2:00 p.m. and dinner at 5:00 p.m. During this time, photographs may be taken, but guests are welcome to relax, enjoy the surroundings, or explore at their leisure.

Weather permitting, some photographs may be taken outdoors.

Our celebrations will conclude at 11:00 p.m. so that we may be well-rested for the following day.

Yes, there will be an open bar untill 11 PM; however, please note that no alcohol will be served.

Unfortunately, the church does not have its own car park. Guests are welcome to park at Robinswood Hill Hotel  (a £6 fee applies), or along nearby roads such as Juniper Ave.

Please be mindfull of local residents and other road users when parking. Kindly avoid parking on double yellow lines or too close to corners and bends. 

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site. Guests with disabilities or those dropping off luggage may do so at the main entrance before parking in the general car park.

Gasten worden vriendelijk verzocht zelf voor vervoer naar zowel de kerk als de locatie te zorgen. Mocht iemand assistentie nodig hebben, aarzel dan niet om contact met ons op te nemen. Wij zorgen er graag voor dat iedereen comfortabel en op tijd aankomt.

U heeft ruim voldoende tijd om uw bagage naar uw kamer te brengen, direct na de ceremonie of na het aansnijden van de taart. We vragen u alleen om dit van tevoren even met ons te bespreken, mocht u foto's met ons willen maken.

Uw aanwezigheid is werkelijk het grootste geschenk dat we ons kunnen wensen, en we verwachten niets meer.

Mocht u ons iets van de cadeaulijst willen sturen, dan kunt u dit gerust bij ons thuis laten bezorgen. Laat het ons wel even weten wanneer het pakket onderweg is, zodat er iemand aanwezig is om het in ontvangst te nemen. U bent ook van harte welkom om een cadeau mee te nemen naar de locatie, maar voel u daar alstublieft niet toe verplicht.
